Improved varieties of wheat are grown in own farmland. The application of modern fertilizers and pesticides is kept as low as possible. After harvesting, the grains are stored properly without using insecticides. For making the healthy wheat flour, the bran is never removed and thus the right amount of fibre and micronutrients remain maintained in the flour. Usually the packets are of 2 Kg and 5 Kg.
